  • Do I sign a lease?
    No, we have a month-to-month tenancy. This is to accomdate you should your and/or your family needs change. This allows you flexability and comfort in knowing your options remain open.Back to top

  • What deposit is requred before I move in?
    We require a non-refundable $300 fee and your first month's rent and service level charges.Back to top

  • Do you have wheelchair / scooter accomodations?
    Yes! Many of our residents use scooters and although we have "rules of the road" to ensure everyone's safety, we are fully accessable.Back to top

  • Is there a minimum or maximum age restriction?
    No, we are an assisted living service provider and we welcome any adult who has need of our services.Back to top

  • How often can my family visit?
    We encourage you to have your family visit; however, we do not have overnight accomodations separate from your apartment. If it's inconvenient for your family to stay in your room, there are several motels that are within a mile radius.Back to top

  • Do you accomodate a special diet?
    We do have accomodations for diabetic diets but beyond that we don't have the ability to provide special diets but we make every effort to diversify our menu choices so that there are many choices. Back to top

  • What if another apartment opens up and I desire to move to it?
    Our residents are welcome to change apartments to a different or larger/wheelchair accessable floorplan. We do however have a $300 charge to cover the preparation costs of the room you're leaving to make it rental-ready.Back to top

  • Do you have a resident council?
    We do! The resident council is a very active group and we listen to their suggestions and desires. We view that this is your home and so we do all we can to accomodate change that makes it more comfortable for our residents. We encourage every resident to be activly involved in the resident council.Back to top

  • Do you have transporation available to residents who no longer drive?
    We do! We have a van and there is the city transportation service. We can take you to doctor visits, shopping, hair appointments, errands, etc as long as they are in the city of Terrell. We also have scheduled days that we drive residents to WalMart.Back to top

  • Do you allow smoking in your facility?
    No we don't. We believe that all our residents are happier and healthier in a non-smoking environment. However, we respect a person's choice to smoke and so we have designated outdoor, covered areas for smoking.Back to top

  • Do you allow pets?
    Yes we do. Your pet needs to be currently vaccinated, friendly, and house broken. Our pet deposit is $650.Back to top
